Despite leaving two messages nobody has returned a call for query after service
Everything was satisfactory
I found the service to be friendly and knowledgeable.
Pleasant staff but poor attention to detail which resulted in multiple calls and showroom visits before resolution.
Not happy with the attention to detail and cherished plate transfer after collection of the vehicle.
All work done as required
see above - also when the MOT was done ( which I am told is nothing to do with Mini ) i now have a note on it saying the windscreen needs replacement as there is a chip in it - this has been there since i bought it and was never out on the 1st MOT
Similar to question 1. My sale had been handed over to someone to deal with as the original sales person had an internal promotion and moved on. However, it was only upon me chasing twice and including a manager on that email that I was contacted.
Charlotte Baker-Smith was the sales person who assisted me. She handled swapping my personal number plate over and was just very professional and friendly. She made it very easy to buy my new mini.
Car towing and hire car was sorted by mini recovery very efficient and convenient. Car repairs sorted at the nearest mini garage new courtesy car sorted once a mini was available which was lovely and repairs all done
It was very easy to book my car in and no problems in giving advise
The introduction to the model was too short and the lack of a written booklet for the navigation system (having to ask the service dept.) could have been avoided since the sales function knew it was in the extras specified!
I called to say our new mini was pulling to one side and that it may need tracking checking etc. It couldn't been seen for 3 weeks. Then when it was in the tracking wasn't done and after 2 hours of waiting we were told to bring back if not fixed
The valet work and care of car was poor
I was left feeling very frustrated and I had no one to escalate my issue to. It was apparent internal politics and pressures were in the forefront of the person handling my case. Possibly the worst ever customer experience.

Charlotte was outstanding her customer service second to none the help and advice she gave us was brilliant.
It was very special how my new car was presented to me, I felt very well treated by mini through the whole process.
I got my mini from strastone BMW as the manger there no s me well and gets me a good deal she used to be at mini for years so u followed her there

The process was managed in an effective manner and the communication post agreement was very good.
They took great care of my car and took care of all the issues we had discussed and questions that I had and took a look to make sure that my question was not an issue.

Fantastic unobtrusive service. The person who dealt with us should run courses on customer service it was just the right level for us. Friendly and very informative but efficient.

On time, immaculately clean car, no waiting to pick up, hire car ready to drive away, nice coffee available to take away!
No one seems to want to put the situation right. I have a business to run!
Having left the car at 8:00. Upon return a couple of hours later, I was told there had been an error and the car had been washed but the service was not carried out. I then had to wait another hour (ish) for the service to start and be completed.
Really good car buying experience would definitely recommend
While you wait service completed efficiently with comfortable lounge area and free refreshments.
As above Although it's standard, I find it disappointing that a service at this stage comprises so little in terms of checks

I was looked after the whole way through the process, and updated about the status of my car throughout my wait.. the staff were awesome and very accommodating of my enquiries at all times.

We were treated very well.
Charlotte was very helpful but I find it frustrating when I called with a query to be told she would call me back and didn't as another member of staff had given me incorrect information and Charlotte was actually off for two days.
The mot was completed within the time scale and the car was left clean and tidy.
I find the speed and ease of getting through my only issue otherwise 5 star
