We were advised that we would be informed of the registration number to enable us to arrange car insurance. I had to telephone twice to follow this up. SatNav not installed on collection. Person who was calling round to install it didn't turn up.

I have a couple of questions after my service, I have called and left a message Friday afternoon and no one has got back to me yet
The atmosphere at this mini dealer is very good and we were treated well by the service department. As we travel 100 miles to Harrogate and were going to spend the day in town, a taxi was provided to take us into the town centre.
Not quite completely satisfied because yet again, I asked that the engineer to change the clock to the correct time (1 hour fast) and this did not happen. This is something I have never worked out how to do.

Car well maintained and cared for by service dept. Beautifully cleaned and vac after. Comfortable and warm area to wait whilst work done. Dogs very welcome too.
5* Customer Service
Having taken out TLC on purchase I expected FREE servicing upto 5 years OR 50,000 miles! Arriving at the service I was told this was not the case because 'I had had the maximum number of services' despite only servicing as the car has requested.
