Service advisor was lovely and job was diagnosed quickly and seems to have sorted the issue. Communication wasnt the best but I appreciate people and busy and its that time of year. Will always return to this branch
My car was fixed and I was given a complimentary full valet and it was sparkling clean and beautiful in time for Christmas. It still looks great.

This service was completely satisfactory however when I checked in December last year my car was 2 years old with 7000 miles I was told no service was required, however apparently the car should have had a complimentary oil change.

Only gripe really was the difficulty in contacting the garage between signing up and completion. There appeared to be some problems with their telephone system and calls were not answered. Even emails were not picked up.
Actual day of service, courtesy car and timeliness were excellent including valeting but my only annoyance was that the next day when I got in the car it came up with the tyre pressure check and 2 tyres needed air. This should be done at service

See answer 1 - I ended up without satnav, electric folding mirrors and electric adjustable seats.
It would have been a 5 but for the second year running, when my wheels were exchanged for Winter (from Summer) the Run Flat wasnt reset - I worked out what was wrong last time and can now do it myself. Why not done at the time in the garage?
All good except replacement battery price was £50 more than originally stated.
