Despite 3 power cuts, the final process went as well as could be expected. The sales representative even celivered my car to my house due to the above process being thwarted.

Car got fixed. Service from people is so good. With no extra calls - used my existing extended warranty to fix the car and made the whole process so easy. Ryan deserves 10 out 10 for his service
