AJ was how i orignially spoke to and he handled everything all the way through very responsive on email and did what he said he would, sorted the part exchange out for me seamlessly and also sat with me whilst getting the mini app all set up

Ben was knowledgeable and when I collected the car he said that if I had any questions then contact him. I emailed and left 2 messages and he never responded. He needs to understand that the after sales service is important too

From the moment we entered Stratstone Harrogate to the moment we drove off in our brand new Mini Cooper C Convertible we could not have been more satisfied. Customer Service...several hours free drive loan...our questions answered. No trouble.
