From the moment we entered Stratstone Harrogate to the moment we drove off in our brand new Mini Cooper C Convertible we could not have been more satisfied. Customer Service...several hours free drive loan...our questions answered. No trouble.

AJ was how i orignially spoke to and he handled everything all the way through very responsive on email and did what he said he would, sorted the part exchange out for me seamlessly and also sat with me whilst getting the mini app all set up

Everyone Mini Harrogate as so helpful. Tge lovely lady who works on Service Desk is amazing and a real asset. She goes out of her way to help you every visit. Really looks after you. Dom is great too. AJ also our lovely salesman was amazing. Thx
