Dana, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini range. Nothing was too much trouble, and her manager Callum, worked hard behind the scenes to ensure my experience was brilliant.

From entering the showroom we were warmly greeted by all staff. We were introduced to Jack our Sales Executive who offered us coffee and told us all we needed to know and built the new car up for me, providing a first class service.

On handover of our new MINI, we were given 1 physical key and a set-up card to activate a digital key. The latter cannot be activated on our model of mobile phones and, as must be the case for a percentage of MINI drivers, (continued below)

I have sent a request to mini assistance to reimburse my onward travel expenses with no response. I also received the car back with zero miles of fuel remaining and dirty hand prints on the interior.

I didn't get time to read the report on the day, and I wasn't informed about the driver side rear tyre. Upon reading the report this tyre was marked as amber when this tyre was changed in November 2025. I have proof this was changed at York Mini
