For the purchase and collection of the new Mini absolutely fine. However I found Stratstone's part exchange valuation somewhat insulting. In a separate transaction, I sold our old vehicle to another franchised Mini dealership for an offer 18% higher.

I was updated about when my mini was likely to arrive and then if I wanted it early. The coating hadn't been completed when I collected it so I had to revisit. The salesman was friendly and efficient without being pushy.

AJ & Andy at Harrogate Stratstone were fantastic - helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward. A huge contrast to York MINI, where calls and enquiries went unanswered. and ignored in store. We're delighted with the service and the car!

No loan car was available. In addition to a service I asked for new tyres to be fitted, for a MOT and other work. I asked if I could arrive at 10. My service was booked for 9. I arrived at 9. At 4 I was told they only had time for the MOT. Finished 5
