Alex was great - friendly, professional and always quick to respond to any queries. However, when we collected our new car, there was 11 miles of fuel in the tank (less than £1). This ruined the whole experience. Disgraceful.

Fault not rectified & had to arrange to bring my vehicle back and collect a hire car from Enterprise. Mini connect would not recover as advised by Harrogate and Enterprise would not deliver a vehicle as advised it had to be collected from their depot
