Only gripe really was the difficulty in contacting the garage between signing up and completion. There appeared to be some problems with their telephone system and calls were not answered. Even emails were not picked up.

Actual day of service, courtesy car and timeliness were excellent including valeting but my only annoyance was that the next day when I got in the car it came up with the tyre pressure check and 2 tyres needed air. This should be done at service

It would have been a 5 but for the second year running, when my wheels were exchanged for Winter (from Summer) the Run Flat wasn’t reset - I worked out what was wrong last time and can now do it myself. Why not done at the time in the garage?

It was awful until the very end. first time I went in was ignored for 15 mins then asked where my husband was!!!! 2nd time went in with an appointment salesman didn't turn up and no record of my appointment. Then didn't return my calls - upsetting

It was my first experience as a customer at Pannal, Stratstone. The customer service I received was good but I was surprised that, knowing my car was having its MOT, a service and health check, I wasn’t shown where the refreshments were.

Unfortunately I've had to book my mini in again in December as the person who put the plastic part back over my engine managed to snap part of it so it rattles. Never had problems before at the garage.
